Who is it For?
Target Audience
Individuals wishing to attain the ITIL Expert certification in ITSM
Individuals involved in any or all phases or the lifecycle of services and processes, and who require a deep understanding of how they may be used to enhance the quality of IT service delivery within an organisation
IT professionals working in an organisation that has adopted ITIL and who need to be informed about and thereafter contribute to an on-going service improvement program
Individuals seeking to progress towards the ITIL Master in ITSM, for which the ITIL Expert is a prerequisite.
This may include but is not limited to CIOs, Senior IT Managers, IT Managers and Supervisors, IT professionals and IT Operation practitioners
Other Prerequisites
Delegates attending this course must have successfully achieved the ITIL: 2011 Service Management Foundation Qualification (2 credits), and gained at least 15 additional credits from Intermediate certificates (or other, appropriate ITIL qualifications). Your certificates must be presented as documentary evidence to gain admission to this course. Although there is no mandatory requirement, ideally candidates should have at least five years professional experience working in IT Service Management.
